Semi-Sweet White Wine
A light and refreshing wine made from Frontenac Gris grapes grown at Willow Ridge Vineyards own Estate Vineyard. Legacy is complex, with notes of apricot, peach and just a hint of lemon and citrus. Best served chilled.
Traminette offers a floral nose, honey & apricot flavors and an unexpected spicy finish. Pairs well with chicken & seafood. Best served chilled.
Sweet Red Wine
Willow Ridge’s first-ever non-grape wine, the Blackberry will conjure memories of dark, juicy, sweet berries picked and eaten under the hot summer sun. Best served slightly chilled.
This blush is made from a blend of Traminette, Norton, and Niagara. It is light and refreshing and is perfect for enjoying with your favorite cheese. Serve slightly chilled.
A lighter-bodied semi-sweet red wine. This wine has softer tannins with notes of strawberry jam. May be served chilled or at room temperature.
Aged in oak barrels with hints of black cherry, plum & blackberries. Pairs well with steaks and pasta. Best served at room temperature.
This fresh and fruity sweet wine is made from Concord grapes and is a great all-purpose wine. It should be served chilled.
This sweet Illinois wine is made from Niagara grapes that have intense "just picked" flavor and it is wonderful for sipping slightly chilled.
The Marechal Foch grapes in this deeply colored, red wine have been lightly-oaked and infused with a touch of tannin. Enjoy this wine after dinner with your favorite chocolate dessert.
